I live in Berner Oberland a well known place of tourism. On beautiful sundays people from towns, tourists who are in vacation and locals are in nature. Also me. Looking for a quiet place was difficult.
So I went on paths wich are hidden. I had no expecations any more,finding a beautiful place even more, I thought ok this is not my day to find beautiful nature. But after a while by chance I discovered this ( watch the video) It took my spontaneous attention and I had to stay there for a while.

Just letting this place be with me, or me with the place. Not doing anything, I guess this was the message of this place: doing nothing , just feel, notice be aware what happens actually at the moment. Could be I had a little moment of the awareness of the tao and doing nothing made me calm relaxed and also in a special way awake.

Nature is in constant contact with us. Let it inspire you and allow yourself to invite yourself to random places in everyday life and receive the messages.

Zufällige Perlen am Wegrand

Ich wohne im Berner Oberland, einem bekannten Ort für den Tourismus. An schönen Sonntagen sind Leute aus den Städten, Tourist:innen, die im Urlaub sind und Einheimische in der Natur. So auch ich. Die Suche nach einem ruhigen Platz war schwierig.

So ging ich auf Pfaden, die versteckt sind. Ich hatte keine Absicht mehr, einen schönen Platz zu finden, mehr noch, ich dachte ok, das ist nicht mein Tag, um schöne Natur zu finden. Aber nach einer Weile entdeckte ich zufällig diesen Ort (siehe das Video), der meine spontane Aufmerksamkeit erregte und der mich einlud zu bleiben. Ich ließ diesen Ort einfach mit mir sein. Nichts zu tun, das war wohl die Botschaft dieses Ortes: nichts tun, nur fühlen, bemerken, wahrnehmen, was in diesem Moment geschieht. Es könnte sein, dass ich einen kleinen Moment des Bewusstseins des Tao hatte und das Nichtstun machte mich ruhig, entspannt und au auf eine besondere Weise wach.

Die Natur ist im ständigen Kontakt zu uns. Lass dich davon inspirieren und erlaube dir, dich im Alltag von zufälligen Orten einzuladen und die Botschaften zu empfangen.
